Determine final classification of lead source (Company vs Self-Generated)
Assign or reassign leads
Approve or decline transactions
Modify compensation structures through written agreement
Implement caps, bonuses, or special incentive programs.

All referral activity must comply with applicable Florida real estate law and brokerage policies.

Any referral compensation, where applicable, must be processed through properly licensed brokerage entities and documented in accordance with required brokerage procedures.

No compensation is guaranteed except as expressly set forth in an executed Independent Contractor Agreement.
