8 HOUR POWER HOUR: REAL LEADS, REAL DEALS, REEFERRALS.

Power Hour by Real on Rise Academy is an intensive 8-hour training experience designed to help aspiring and active real estate professionals develop the prospecting, communication, and sales skills needed to generate real business opportunities.

This hands-on workshop combines classroom instruction, lead-generation technology, live demonstrations, and real-world prospecting practice to help participants build confidence and take immediate action.

What to Expect

The day begins with foundational sales and prospecting training, including:

  • Understanding different lead types and lead sources

  • Identifying motivated sellers and prospect opportunities

  • Learning effective real estate sales pitches and conversation frameworks

  • Developing communication strategies for various prospect scenarios

Participants will then receive training on our lead-generation software system, where you'll learn how to:

  • Locate and organize prospect data

  • Build targeted lead lists

  • Create a consistent prospecting workflow

  • Manage and follow up with leads effectively

As part of the course, attendees receive 7 days of complimentary access to the lead-generation software platform. Continued access is available for $100 per month after the trial period.

Live Prospecting & Cold Calling Session

Once the foundational training is complete, participants will put their skills into action through:

  • Live cold-calling sessions

  • Prospecting and lead-generation exercises

  • Role-play and objection-handling practice

During training activities such as the Cold Call Power Hour, participants may engage in:

  • Educational lead practice scenarios

  • Company-Generated Transactions: 60% Agent / 40% Brokerage
