All real estate and mortgage transactions are conducted through properly licensed brokerage channels, in full compliance with applicable regulations, including those governed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Participants may engage in live training scenarios and real-world prospecting exercises as part of the learning experience.
